Privacy policy

Who operates this website

Make Prompt AI is an independent prompt-writing and educational website at makepromptai.com. For privacy questions or requests, email info@makepromptai.com. This policy describes the website's current browser-based functionality and its published contact channel.

Information you choose to provide

The prompt builder runs locally in your browser using JavaScript templates. The site does not require an account to use that feature. We do not intentionally submit the text entered in the local prompt builder to a remote AI model. If you email us, your email address and the contents of your message are processed so we can read and respond to it.

Technical information and hosting

As with most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, user-agent information and security-related logs to deliver the site and help protect it. We cannot promise that standard network or hosting logs contain no personal data. The hosting provider's retention and security practices may also apply.

Cookies and browser preferences

The site provides a Cookie Settings panel with separate choices for optional analytics and advertising. Your preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the website can remember it. Necessary functions, including saving your choice, do not require optional consent. No analytics or advertising trackers are activated by this consent panel itself. The visible advertising spaces are placeholders and do not load third-party ad code.

Advertising and analytics

Third-party advertising and analytics scripts are not active in this version of the website. If these services are introduced, their providers, data processing, retention information and any applicable consent requirements must be reviewed before activation. A browser preference panel alone is not a Google-certified Consent Management Platform and does not automatically satisfy every jurisdiction's legal requirements.

Third-party services and links

Links to AI platforms, documentation and other external websites are provided for convenience. When you follow a link or paste a prompt into another service, that provider's terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control the privacy practices of external websites.

Your choices and requests

Use the Cookie Settings control to change or withdraw optional preferences at any time. You may also contact info@makepromptai.com to ask questions about information associated with your inquiry or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We may need reasonable details to locate a particular email exchange.

Security and updates

Avoid entering confidential information into prompt examples or sending it by email. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We may revise this policy if the website's features or data practices change; the revision date shown on this page identifies the published version.
